How do I return an item?

ALL orders are custom/bespoke which are final with no returns or exchanges.

Cancellation & Refund Requests: Requests are honored if the request has been made within 24 hours after the order was placed. If a rush order is requested and ships prior to the 24 hour window following the time that the order is placed, then the buyer automatically waives that right of a cancellation and or refund.

Returns: In the rare instance that we make an error on your order, a customer must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Once the return/exchange is approved, the buyer has 7 days to ship the item(s) back in its original condition. Returns/exchanges that are received outside of the 7 days will be deemed null and void.

Delivery Policy: All items are custom and made to order so the timetables for delivery will vary depending on different variables.

Pre-paid services: When a customer has to send in item's for custom modification or work are also non-refundable. The item that is scheduled for service must be received within 20 days of the date of purchase, otherwise the transaction is deemed null and void.
